1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ab77c ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ab77c website located at https://ab77c.app and all associated services, products, and features made available through that domain.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any portion of the ab77c platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

ab77c reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered players through their registered contact details or via a prominent on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms published on the platform from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between you and ab77c with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect without diminution.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To use the ab77c platform for real-money betting and gaming, you must first register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You may only hold one active account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to register and use the ab77c platform only if all of the following conditions are met:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. ab77c is strictly an 18+ platform. Players aged under 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or claim bonuses under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited for individual players.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by ab77c or any recognised responsible gaming organisation at the time of registration.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering or placing bets on behalf of a third party, a business entity, or a minor.
• You have not previously had an ab77c account closed for a breach of these Terms.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the point of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must keep this information up to date throughout the duration of your account. Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension and closure of your account, with any pending withdrawals held pending investigation.

Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ab77c username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. ab77c staff will never ask you to disclose your password in any communication. You must notify the ab77c support team at [email protected] immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Player Verification (KYC)

ab77c operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with its responsible gaming and fraud prevention commitments. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number)
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document

Verification documents must be submitted in clear, legible digital format. ab77c reserves the right to decline documents that are blurred, cropped, or otherwise unclear, and to request resubmission.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

ab77c supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected to serve players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Minimum deposit amounts via bank transfer may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction in the cashier.

Deposits

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your ab77c account balance in real time upon successful confirmation of the transfer. Deposits via other payment methods may take longer depending on the processing time of the relevant institution. ab77c does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ab77c bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by the ab77c finance team on business days during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution. ab77c does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing thresholds are displayed in the cashier at the time of your request.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions before funds are released:

• Your identity verification (KYC) must be complete and approved.
• You must have deposited using the same payment method to which you are requesting a withdrawal, to the extent that it is technically possible.
• Any active bonus funds in your account must have completed the applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal of the bonus amount is permitted. Deposits that are not associated with a bonus may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC completion.
• No open disputes, investigations, or fraud review flags are active on your account at the time of the request.

Currency and Exchange

All player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ab77c does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any deposit made in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing rate applied by the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction. ab77c is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party processors.

4 Bonus and Promotional Terms

ab77c offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed around events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion at the point of offer.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded through any promotion are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to a specific bonus will be stated clearly at the time the offer is presented. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, after which any unconverted bonus funds will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.

Eligible Games

Not all games on the ab77c platform contribute equally to the completion of wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino tables, slots, and crash games may carry different wagering contribution percentages. The applicable contribution rates for each game category will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Games that are excluded from bonus wagering will be identified in the relevant offer documentation.

Bonus Abuse

ab77c has a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once; using low-risk betting patterns specifically designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk of loss; staking bonus funds on both sides of a market simultaneously; and coordinating with other players to collectively exploit promotional structures. ab77c reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and any associated winnings and to close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the ab77c platform are subject to the platform's general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that event or game.

Bet Acceptance and Confirmation

A bet is not accepted until you have received an explicit on-screen confirmation from the ab77c platform, together with a unique bet reference number. ab77c reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where the bet was placed at an incorrect or clearly erroneous price, where the event or market has been suspended, or where there is evidence of irregular activity associated with the bet or the account placing it.

Void Bets and Cancellations

A bet may be declared void by ab77c in the following circumstances, among others:

• The event to which the bet relates is abandoned, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or cancelled without completion.
• The bet was placed using odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error.
• The market was suspended at the time the bet was received and processed.
• Verified evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation, or other integrity violations is established in connection with the event.

In the event of a void bet, the stake will be returned to your account balance in full.

Technical Errors and System Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or game software failure, ab77c reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and return stakes to the affected players. ab77c is not liable for any loss of winnings or other damages arising from technical faults that are beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, third-party game provider outages, or force majeure events.

6 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

The ab77c platform is operated in good faith for the purpose of providing legitimate entertainment to adult players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or access any feature of the platform in a manner not sanctioned by ab77c.
• Exploiting known or unknown software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any player who identifies a genuine error must report it to [email protected] and may not exploit it. Winnings derived from exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, match-fixing, or sports integrity violation through the platform.
• Conducting transactions on behalf of third parties or acting as an informal banking or payment intermediary using the ab77c cashier.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your ab77c account to any other person.
• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward ab77c staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Deliberately colluding with other players in live casino games, poker variants, or any multi-player format.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your ab77c account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining balance in your account will be withdrawn to your registered primary payment method, provided that your KYC verification is complete and no outstanding investigations are active. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately — see the Responsible Gaming section for details.

Closure by ab77c

ab77c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable promotional terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the player is registered on a self-exclusion list applicable to the platform.
• Discovery that a player has registered multiple accounts.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised with a payment provider without prior contact with ab77c support.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, ab77c reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established following investigation, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ab77c will take reasonable steps to notify the account holder by email prior to classifying an account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity maintenance fee as specified in the current fee schedule published on the platform. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting support.

8 Limitation of Liability

The ab77c platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ab77c takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the platform operates reliably, securely, and without interruption, no warranty — express or implied — is given that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, ab77c's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ab77c shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, regardless of how they arise and whether they were foreseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data, loss of goodwill, or reputational damage.
• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on information published on the platform, including betting tips, odds, or statistics.
• Losses caused by internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions beyond ab77c's reasonable control.

Contact and Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the ab77c platform — including a bet settlement, a payment transaction, or an account action — you should contact the support team in the first instance at [email protected]. ab77c commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within seven business days. ab77c's decision on any complaint submitted through this process will be issued in writing and constitutes the platform's final position on the matter.
